Overview:

    Marechal & Company, Inc., was incorporated November 14, 1995 in the state of California.  Marechal & Company is engaged in the design, manufacturing and distribution of plush teddy bears and subsequent merchandise. Our most recent project is TeddyBear 2000 commemorating the 2000 millennium. This project started in the summer of 1995. Marechal calls this project  The Adventures Of Grandpa Boppy and The Original Millennium Teddy Bear Family. Our adventures are based on life-lessons brought to you by our good hearted story-line teddy bears. 

    Michael Marechal created "Grandpa Boppy" as the first member of The Original Millennium Teddy Bear Family. He shall make his debut commemorating the 2000 millennium.

Products:
    Our teddy bears are made of new fine quality materials and are currently being produced for the collector and are not as a child's toy. Our current line of teddy bears should only be used under adult supervision. However, they stand as a perfect guardian to help protect the family & children. 

    Up coming projects will include the introduction of a children's version of our collector series.

Current Projects:
    Grandpa Boppy, our 2000 Millennium Teddy Bear, is a creation of  Michael B. Marechal.

Mr. Marechal set-out to find a healthy, happy and wise teddy bear to share as a tribute to and celebration of the 2000 millennium. He found "Grandpa Boppy" - The Original Millennium Teddy Bear. 

    He has just arrived at his family's celebration where their unique stories and adventures will be told. Stay tuned as the Adventures of Grandpa Boppy begin to unfold as you meet the other members of the Original Millennium Teddy Bear Family. See you at the party!

    Grandpa Boppy is offered as a limited-boxed edition of 2000 pieces commemorating the 2000 millennium and comes complete with his walking staff and back-pack as he was out-fitted while on his journey. He wears his Bear Tags in celebration of the 2000 millennium which identify his limited edition number. Also accompanying him is his Certificate of Authenticity signed by his makers, Michael B. Marechal and Sally Winey.

    Marechal & Company produced 100 pieces of "Boppy" our prototype teddy bear to Grandpa Boppy as an exclusive for QVC Network, Inc. "Boppy" is expected to be for sale December 28, 1999 on QVC's  Network T.V. stations.

    Finally, The Original Millennium Teddy Bear Family will include a complete family-line of teddy bears. The 2000 Millennium is the celebration of the family gathering. The family members will be coming from the hill top over, the valley below, and the forest of the North, each with their unique stories and adventures. 

Distribution:
    Our products can be found in many retail stores through Winey Bears distributors. If our teddy bears are not found please ask for them and request to purchase. You may also purchase through this website TeddyBearWonderland.com.  You may also find us at your local Teddy Bear & Doll shows. Remember to ask for "Grandpa Boppy"
